Payment information

We accepted Visa, and MasterCard, COD cash on delivery, money orders and personal checks (please include product numbers, size, color, email address, and shipping address) Please note that if paying by a personal check items will be held until check clears. There will be a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Massachusetts resident will be charged resident 5% tax on any non-clothing item.

Shipping
We ship our product via the United States Post Office. All in stock items will be processed immediately and shipped within three to five business days. Please allow 2-4 weeks for items to arrive. Packages damaged in the mail should be taken immediately to your post office for inspection before opening. Please note that backorders and discontinuations may occur. We will contact you immedately if this occurs.

Returns and exchanges
Due to health regulations, we will not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturers defects or wrong item received.
